Sign up with your email, name your school, and you are its admin. Create classes by age band and paste rosters from a spreadsheet; every child gets a Goodness ID.
Each invite code sets a role: teacher, counselor or admin. Assign teachers to their classes. The code is single-use and expires in two weeks.

We are looking for one or two more schools to run a full semester. The pilot school pays nothing; in return we learn with you and the results become the evidence that takes the program to more schools.

It is a classroom reward system in the sense that children earn points, but the points are for witnessed acts of goodness, not for sitting still, and there is no prize store. Recognition is the reward: badges by category, the class tree, and a record the family can see the same day.
Recording an act takes about thirty seconds on a phone. Harmony week is one confirmation per class per week. Teachers are trained in half a day, and the program is designed so that entry volume is never used to evaluate teachers.
The pilot is free for the pilot school. A school that continues after the pilot semester is on a per-school subscription, agreed before the semester starts.

It can sit alongside one. PBIS-style programs reward expected behavior; the Goodness Factor recognizes acts of goodness beyond expectation, and keeps deductions small, private and restorable.
The head of the school records a proportionate deduction with a note, after a complaint has been given and checked; the counselor opens the way back. When the child makes it right, a restoration returns exactly the points that were taken. No child is permanently marked.
The school owns its data, wherever the school is. We host it today in the United States, or in the school's own country where its law requires it, and process it on the school's behalf. No analytics or trackers on any page that shows a child.
