For the counselor
Children not noticed
Every child with no act of goodness in two weeks, so equal criteria stay equal.
Equal criteria for everyone means every child gets seen. The app keeps the list of children who have not been, and it is yours to act on.
The list
On Home, Not yet recognized names every child with no act of goodness recorded in the last two weeks. It is a plain list of first names by class, not a judgment on the child or the teacher.

What to do with it
- Talk with the teacher. Most often the child is quiet and the good they do is easy to miss. A word to the teacher, and the next act is noticed.
- Check the class. A whole class on the list usually means a teacher who has not yet found the thirty seconds. The head can help.
The Monday email
Each teacher gets one email on Monday morning with the first names of children in their classes who have not been noticed in fourteen days. The list on Home is the same list, live.
Why two weeks
Long enough that an ordinary quiet week does not put a child on the list, short enough that nobody goes a month unseen.
