Questions and the review board

Something recorded wrongly, or a worry about fairness: raise it, and the board answers within fourteen days.

The review board is the school's own: the head and the staff the head names. It answers appeals and concerns within fourteen days, and there are no consequences for asking.

Question an entry

The quickest way to fix a mistake. On a child's page or in Activity, every entry has Question this entry. It opens the form with the entry already chosen; say in a line what is wrong, and send it.

Nothing in the record is edited. If the board agrees, it records a reversal: a new entry with the opposite points, and the original stays marked reversed. If you recorded an act for the wrong child, the board reverses it and you record it again for the right one.

Raise a concern about anything

Open Review and Raise an appeal or a concern, then Something else: how the program is run, a worry about fairness, a pattern you noticed. One line, more if you like.

The form to raise an appeal or a concern: an entry is wrong or something else, one line, details, and the choice to keep your name out of it
One line is enough. Your name can stay out of it.

Keeping your name out of it

Tick Keep my name out of it and the board sees "Anonymous". You still see your own case and the board's answer.

Your cases

Review lists the cases you raised and any about entries you entered, with their status: open, under review, decided. When the board decides, you get an email with the decision and its reasons.

What the board can do

Uphold or not uphold a case, reverse an entry, and, in a serious case of tampering, withdraw a member's right to enter. With two or more members, one proposes and another confirms, so no single person decides alone. The head is always on the board. See The review board.
