Questions and concerns

Ask about one entry, or about anything, with or without your name. The school's review board answers within fourteen days.

Something looks wrong, or you have a worry about how the program is run: ask from your child's record. It goes to the school's own review board, which answers within fourteen days. There are no consequences for asking.

Ask

  1. On your child's record, open Question an entry, or raise a concern.
  2. About one entry, or about anything. Pick the entry from the list, or "A concern about anything".
  3. In one line: what you want the board to look at. More, if you like.
  4. Keep my name and address out of it, if you prefer. The board then sees "A family member" and nothing else.
  5. Send to the review board.
The form under a child's record: pick an entry or a concern about anything, one line, more if you like, and the choice to stay anonymous
Pick the entry or ask about anything. Your name can stay out of it.

What happens next

The board, the head of the school and the staff the head names, looks into it and records a decision with its reasons: upheld, not upheld, or no action needed. If an entry was wrong, the board reverses it with a new entry; the original stays, marked reversed. If you gave your address, the school tells you the decision.

Who reads it

The school's review board, and nobody else. The Goodness Factor does not read concerns; the school answers them.

Without an account

Anyone can also write to a school's board from its public page at goodnessfactor.com/verify/the-school/concern, with no account at all.
