Your part

What a teacher does in the app, and how little time it takes.

You see the good children do. The app is where you write it down, so that it counts, so the family hears it, and so the class can celebrate it on Friday. That is the whole of your part, and most days it takes a minute.

The three things you do

  • Record an act of goodness when you see one: class, child, act, a line in your words. Ten points, one leaf. About thirty seconds. Record an act
  • Confirm the peaceful week on Friday for every child who harmed no one. One tap, with exceptions if needed. A peaceful week
  • Run the circle on Friday: a few minutes with the class on the leaves added and the stories worth telling. The circle

What you never do

You never choose an amount, never take points away, and never record what you did not see yourself. If something goes wrong with a child, you tell the counselor, and only the head of the school records a deduction after a checked complaint. When something goes wrong
