Contact

How to reach a person, and what to include so the answer is quick.

Write to us from the contact page. A person reads every message and replies by email, usually within a school day.

What helps

  • The school's name and your role in it.
  • Which page you were on, and what you expected to happen.
  • For a problem with one entry: the child's class and the date of the entry. Never paste a child's full record into an email.

Suggest an act of goodness

The catalog grows carefully, and schools see things we have not. Send the act, the age it suits and a line on why it belongs: suggest an act.

Pilot with us

A school that joins the pilot pays nothing for the semester. We learn with you, and the results become the evidence that takes the program to more schools. Write to us about a pilot, or read For schools first.

Security

If you believe you have found a way to see what you should not, tell us first and tell nobody else: the same contact page, with "security" in the first line. We answer those the same day.
