Who can do what

The four roles in the app, and the one thing only the head of the school can do.

Every person in the app has one role in a school. The guide's names and the app's names are both here, because you will meet both.

Three rules worth knowing

Only the teacher who saw an act writes it down. Not a peer, not the family, not the office. Every entry carries the name of the person who entered it.

Only the head deducts, and only after a complaint has been given and checked. The head confirms the check on the form itself. The counselor then opens the way back.

Nobody edits the record. A mistake is corrected by a new entry that says so: a restoration, or a reversal by the review board. Teachers, counselors and heads all work under the same rule.

The review board

The board is the head of the school plus the staff the head names. With two or more members, one proposes a decision and another confirms it, so no single person can reverse an entry or withdraw a right. Anyone can open a case: staff from the app, a family from their child's record, and anyone at all from the school's public page. See The review board.

Entry rights

The board, and only the board, can withdraw a member's right to enter. That person can still read, but can no longer record acts, peaceful weeks, deductions or restorations until a later decision restores the right. It is the record's answer to tampering, and it is written into the record as an entry of its own.
